About PredictTok

PredictTok is a mobile application for the Solana Seeker device that provides a vertical swipe feed interface for browsing and participating in prediction markets powered by Jupiter Protocol on the Solana blockchain.

PredictTok is an independent interface to Jupiter's public prediction market protocol. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way associated with Jupiter Exchange, Solana Foundation, or Solana Mobile Inc.

By downloading, installing, or using PredictTok (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must meet all of the following criteria to use PredictTok:

• You are at least 18 years of age. PredictTok is strictly for adults.
• You are not located in, a citizen or resident of, or acting on behalf of any individual or entity in a jurisdiction subject to sanctions by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, or Her Majesty's Treasury, including but not limited to: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Russia.
• You are not on any prohibited persons list, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list.
• Your use of the App does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

It is your responsibility to determine whether prediction market activity is legal in your jurisdiction. PredictTok makes no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

Real Money & Financial Risk

PredictTok facilitates access to Jupiter Protocol prediction markets. When you place a bet, your Solana wallet executes a real on-chain transaction using real assets. These transactions are:

• Irreversible — blockchain transactions cannot be undone
• Your sole responsibility — you must review and approve every transaction before signing
• Subject to market risk — market outcomes are uncertain
• Subject to protocol risk — smart contract bugs, oracle failures, or protocol changes may affect outcomes

PredictTok is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of the App.

Oracle Insights — Not Financial Advice

The Oracle feature provides AI-generated analysis including probability estimates, key factors, and contextual information. These outputs:

• Are generated by a large language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• Do not reflect the views of the PredictTok team
• Should not be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any position
• Are provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy or fitness for purpose

You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions.

In-App Payments

PredictTok offers optional paid features that require SKR tokens (Solana Mobile's native token). These transactions occur on the Solana blockchain and are processed by your connected wallet.

Daily Spark Pass — unlocks unlimited scrolling in the feed for 24 hours. Cost: 1 SKR token.

Oracle Unlock — unlocks AI-powered Oracle insights for a specific market. Cost: 0.5 SKR tokens per market.

All in-app payments are:

• Irreversible — on-chain SPL token transfers cannot be refunded
• Non-refundable — PredictTok does not offer refunds for completed transactions
• Your responsibility — you must confirm amounts before signing any transaction

SKR token availability, price in fiat terms, and the continued operation of in-app features are not guaranteed. PredictTok reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.

No Affiliation with Third Parties

PredictTok is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of the following:

• Jupiter Exchange / Jupiter Protocol — PredictTok uses Jupiter's public prediction market API but is not a Jupiter product
• Solana Foundation — PredictTok is built on Solana but is not a Solana Foundation project
• Solana Mobile Inc. — PredictTok is designed for the Seeker device but is not made by or affiliated with Solana Mobile
• Perplexity AI — Oracle uses the Perplexity API but PredictTok has no formal relationship with Perplexity

Use of these names is purely descriptive and for informational purposes. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

PredictTok is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The PredictTok team makes no guarantee that:

• The App will be available at any given time or free from interruption
• Market data displayed is accurate, complete, or up to date
• Oracle insights are accurate or suitable for making financial decisions
• The App is free from bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the PredictTok team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to circumvent the App's payment systems or authentication mechanisms
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or third-party services it relies on
• Use the App if you are located in a sanctioned jurisdiction (see Section 2)

Third-Party Intellectual Property

All third-party trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names referenced in the App or on this website — including Jupiter, Solana, Solana Mobile, and Seeker — are the property of their respective owners. Their use in PredictTok does not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.

Changes to These Terms

The PredictTok team reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the App.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
