Privacy Policy
Short version: PredictTok does not collect, store, or sell your personal data. Your wallet address stays on your device. We have no user database.
What Data We Collect
PredictTok is designed to be a privacy-respecting application. We do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or any personally identifying information
- Your location or IP address
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking
- Crash reports or telemetry
We do not operate a user database. There is no account to create. There is no back-end record associated with you.
Data Stored on Your Device
All app state is stored locally on your device using Android's AsyncStorage. This includes:
- Scroll count — how many markets you have viewed in the current session
- Spark Pass expiry — the timestamp of your active Daily Spark Pass, if purchased
- Unlocked markets — list of market IDs for which you have purchased Oracle insights
- Favorites — market IDs you have bookmarked
- Dismissed positions — IDs of positions you have dismissed from My Markets
- Authentication token (JWT) — a short-lived token used to authenticate requests to our Cloudflare Worker. This token is derived from your wallet signature and stored locally. It is not associated with any personal identity and expires after 30 days.
This data exists only on your device. It is not transmitted to or stored on any PredictTok server. Uninstalling the app removes all of this data.
Wallet Address & Authentication
PredictTok connects to your Solana wallet via the Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) standard. Your wallet address is used solely for:
- Verifying your identity when generating an authentication token for our API
- Querying your on-chain positions and order history via the Jupiter Prediction Market API
- Sending on-chain transactions (bets, in-app purchases) that you explicitly sign
Your wallet address is not stored on any PredictTok server. Our Cloudflare Worker receives it momentarily during the authentication handshake and does not log or persist it. The wallet address is a public Solana address — it is by nature visible on the public blockchain for any transactions you sign.
Third-Party Services
PredictTok integrates with the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy practices.
Jupiter Protocol
Prediction market data is sourced from Jupiter Protocol's public API (prediction-market-api.jup.ag). All market activity (bets, positions) is recorded on the Solana blockchain and is publicly visible. PredictTok does not control this data. Jupiter's privacy policy applies.
Solana Blockchain
All on-chain transactions you sign are permanently and publicly recorded on the Solana blockchain. This is the nature of public blockchains. PredictTok does not control this data.
Perplexity AI
When you use the Oracle feature, PredictTok sends a request to the Perplexity AI API via our Cloudflare Worker. The request contains only the market title, current odds, and category — no wallet address or personal data. Perplexity's privacy policy governs how they handle API requests.
Cloudflare
Our API (predicttok.win) is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process standard web request metadata (such as IP addresses) in accordance with their own privacy policy. PredictTok does not instruct Cloudflare to log or retain request data.
How We Use Data
Because we collect no personal data, there is no personal data for us to use, sell, share, or process. Specifically:
- We do not sell data to third parties
- We do not use data for advertising or profiling
- We do not share data with data brokers
- We do not use analytics SDKs or tracking libraries

PredictTok is an interface for accessing Jupiter Prediction Markets. Prediction markets involve real financial risk. You may lose money. PredictTok does not provide financial advice. Oracle insights are AI-generated and informational only — they are not investment recommendations. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

PredictTok references the names and branding of Jupiter, Solana, Solana Mobile, and Seeker for descriptive and informational purposes only. PredictTok is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jupiter Exchange, Solana Foundation, or Solana Mobile. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Children's Privacy
PredictTok is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors. If you are under 18, do not use this app.
Changes to This Policy
The PredictTok team may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
