Software License — PredictTok

Section 1

Proprietary License

The PredictTok application and all associated source code, design, graphics, user interface, and related materials are proprietary and owned exclusively by PredictTok. This software is not open source.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a Solana Seeker or compatible Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms of Service.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the App or any portion of it
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the App
Use the App for any commercial purpose without express written permission from PredictTok
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

Any unauthorized use of the App constitutes a violation of this license and may violate applicable intellectual property laws.
